Stefan Killen, founder of Stefan Killen Design, comes to the US from Switzerland. After graduating in 1988 from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, Stefan worked as Design Consultant to The Washington State Traffic Safety Commission, as Art Director at Renee Sacks Associates in New York City, and as a freelance designer with the Crossroad Publishing Company. He opened his own studio in 1995 and after years of wearing all the hats a design studio requires, is now assisted by interns from the School of Visual Arts and Parsons School of Design.
