Art Resource
We’ve been using Art Resource’s library of fine art imagery for as long as we’ve been in business. This once involved a trip to their lower Manhattan office, with hours spent pouring though slide archives looking for the just the right painting. Their web site now makes the process much easier.
Corbis
One of the two big stock photo agencies that dominates the stock photo industry, we use their photos all the time, whether for book covers, web sites, or collateral.
Getty Images
The other powerhouse photo agency. Many of our clients have accounts with both Corbis and Getty, which makes the purchasing of imagery simple.
iStockphoto
A stock agency that charges nominal fees for their photos, we use iStockPhoto if the client’s budget is limited, or if the image we need doesn’t require the impact of a rights-managed photo.
Clipart.com
A valuable resource for inexpensive royalty-free clipart photos, illustrations, fonts, sounds and Web graphics.
